MyMindCoach ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application MyMindCoach.

Name / Username: The name you provide when setting up your profile, used to personalize your experience.
Chat messages: The messages you send to your AI coach during sessions. These are sent to our secure server to generate responses.
Mood & journal entries: Data you voluntarily enter in mood tracking and journal features, stored locally on your device.
Subscription information: Whether you have a free or premium plan. We do not store payment card details — payments are handled by Google Play.
Device identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID stored securely on your device, used to maintain your session.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI coaching responses personalized to you.
To maintain your conversation history during a session.
To enforce subscription limits (free vs. premium).
To improve the quality of our AI responses.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your messages are processed by our AI server (hosted on Railway.app) and the Anthropic Claude API solely to generate coaching responses. No data is used for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data transmitted between the app and our server is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Subscription tokens are stored in your device's secure hardware storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Chat history is stored locally on your device and is not permanently stored on our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

MyMindCoach is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Since chat data is not permanently stored on our servers, deleting the app removes your local data.
